Born and lives in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. He paints a great deal in
the Chilterns, East Anglia and locations nationwide. Signs his work

He started painting at the age of 6
years, with personal encouragement and tuition from the Head Master at junior
school. After finished schooling and Art College he served a seven year
apprenticeship as a Graphic Artist in the printing industry. He had a
break for two years National Service with the RAF at Aden, but he still managed
to continue to paint.
At the end of his apprenticeship in
1960, he moved to a London Advertising Agency and also got married. In
1962 and in 1964 he saw the birth of a son and a daughter and also the start of
his own Graphic Design company in Watford, which he ran until 1990. Until
2005, he held annual One Man exhibition at Picturecraft of Holt, Norfolk and at
Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire.
